操作機器前的準備/Preparation before operation of machine

1 )旋挖機應由經過訓練的駕駛人員操縱，并符合各地區對駕駛員的具體要求，才能獨立操作。

The rotary excavator should be operated by trained drivers and meet the specific requirements of drivers in each region in order to operate independently.

2)駕駛人員在未熟讀使用說明書之前，嚴禁操縱。

The driver is strictly prohibited from operating before the instruction manual is read.

3)駕駛人員在操作之前必須穿上緊身合適的衣服和適應工作的有關安全防護用品，如安全帽、皮鞋、手套、防護眼鏡、安全帶等。

Drivers must wear appropriate clothing and safety equipment such as helmets, shoes, gloves, safety glasses, seat belts, etc. before work.

4)每天起動前要按使用要求仔細檢查機器。

Check the machine carefully according to the requirements of use before starting every day.

5)檢查工作裝置、油缸、膠管是否有損壞。

Check the working device, cylinder and hose for damage.

6)清除發動機、散熱器、蓄電池周圍的灰塵和臟物。

Remove dust and dirt from the engine, radiator, and battery.

7)檢查液壓裝置、油箱、膠管、接頭是否漏油(可以通過查看停車地面有無明顯油跡的方法)。

Check the hydraulic device, fuel tank, hose, and joint for oil leakage (you can check the parking floor for obvious oil traces).

8)檢查下部車架各部件(履帶、驅動輪、導向輪等)有無損壞，蠼栓有無松動。車架與平臺螺栓連接有無松動。

Check the components of the lower frame (tracks, drive wheels, guide wheels, etc.) for damage and looseness of the bolts.The frame is connected to the platform bolts for looseness.

9)檢查各儀表、監控儀有無損壞。

Check the instrument and monitor for damage.

10) 清潔后視鏡，檢查是否損壞，并調整角度以便可以看到正確的視野。

Clean the rear mirror, check for damage, and adjust the angle so that you can see the correct field of view.

11 )檢查座椅安全帶有無損壞。

Check the seat safety with no damage.

12 )確定已經按照規定的要求進行了正確的保養。

Make sure that proper maintenance has been carried out in accordance with the specified requirements.
